LCDC brings nationwide reach and world-class resources to a broad range of projects.
We want to assure our clients that we are committed to delivering a quality experience with a combination of expertise, quality control, and safety. We ensure professional results on a timely basis for all projects, and we do this while offering our clients valuable services at a fair price.
We provide a highly-skilled, experienced team supported by a modern fleet of specialized equipment. Jay Schwall, Owner/CEO, is a second generation demolition contractor who promises to maintain his company’s position as an industry leader. Jay routinely improves how we approach our projects, our demolition methodology, and our employees’ skills by continually providing innovative training. As LCDC’s President, he believes in a proactive philosophy of business, raising the bar for professionalism and industry awareness that is needed to promote our company’s goal of excellence.
LCDC is licensed in all 50 states and can provide competitive bids in Canada and across the Caribbean.
